Well done with your first podcast!! Thought the stories about the client who wanted a mock design for free was something I could definitely relate to..
Doing free designs before getting the work always used to be the number one thing not to do in web design. I would say that if you can possibly afford it you should say “no”. As you pointed out, it only de-values what we do even further.
