I like the jazz funk intro.
People don’t provide content because they don’t value the service we are providing. The only was to move things along is to start off with a timescale document and then when you have met all your milestones and they have still not provided content just invoice them!
A Timescale Document does seem like a good idea. I think even when clients are in the ‘wrong’, its often the designer’s fault for not keeping them informed of how things should work.
